Process Technology expands cleanroom facility

DI water and chemical heater manufacturer Process Technology has recently expanded its manufacturing facility for the company's High Purity Products Group. The 15,000 square foot expansion includes a greatly enlarged Class 100 cleanroom. The cleanroom will house manufacturing, assembly and testing for in-line quartz electric heaters and fluoropolymer heat exchangers.
