Screw plug and flanged immersion heaters offer a wide variety of heater types and features to fit virtually any application. Stainless, titanium, fluoropolymer and other materials. Sizes from ½" screw plug to 14" flanged.

- Heavy duty, long lasting construction.
- Standard thermal protection on flanged model (replaceable P1 or resettable P2).
- Grounded for safety.
- NRTL/C listed, CSA certified, CE compliant.
- General purpose enclosure standard.
- Optional moisture resistant/explosion resistant enclosures, thermowells and integral thermostats.
- Three phase standard, single phase available as option.
- Flanges up to 300 p.s.i. available as option.
- Heavy duty copper jumper strips ensure positive connections.
- 1 to 270 kW, 40 watts/square inch (6.2 watts/square centimeter) nominal (other sizes and watt densities available).
- 1/2 inches through 2-1/2 inches NPT screw plugs or 3 inches to 14 inches diameter flanged sizes available. 120, 240, 480 volts standard, 208, 380, 415 volts, and other voltages available.
- For plating tanks, rinse tanks and other aqueous solutions. Check recommendation chart or with chemical supplier for proper sheath and flange material selection.
